ModelMinder controls and reduces the energy consumption due to lighting in Model Homes and Apartments by automatically turning off the lights when nobody is looking at the Model. It does this by turning on all the lights as soon as someone enters the Model and turns them off after a pre-determined amount of time, adjustable upon installation from 1 to 60 minutes.
